As a survivor of an abusive childhood, I contstantly struggled with "Why"...Why don't my parents love me? Why does my dad call me hurtful names and hit me? Why won't my mother protect me? I'll be perfect, I will show you. You won't have any reason to hurt me if I am everything you want me to be. It still didn't stop, it only got worse. Then I realized the truth...... God works all things together for the goods of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

He can use ANY experience in my life for good ! He will never leave me or forsake me. He chose me.
I am His daughter. I don't need to be perfect. I am His and He loves me, As is.
