God used the junk in your life and changed it into something amazing....as only He can !

- It is by God's grace that HE has allowed me to share my story. It is actually HIS-story of my life this far... As all scripture is God breathed.... HE whispered in my ear, as His words spoke to my heart..As he started to unfold the layers of hurt and confusion.... God works ALL things together for the good of those who love HIM and are called according to HIS purpose. Romans 8:28 He can ALL things in my life for good! He will never leave me or forsake me. He chose me....I am His daughter, I don't need to be perfect. I am HIS and HE loves me "AS IS"....

Last weekend I was blessed with a visit from my 90 year old grandpa. We mentioned we were going to church and he was excited to attend with us.
As I stood to worship, I watched as my grandpa began singing and clapping. I began to realize that I was a part of an 8two8 moment. You see we lost my grandmother, my Grandpas wife of 71 years, in September of 2008. Through our grieving process my Grandpa and I have become closer, even more than we were before. It took losing my grandmother to be blessed with my grandfathers interest in Jesus. PTL....Guess what....Grandpa wants to go to church with us again!!!
It is amazing how the Lord works. I "happened" to see a person today that I met in a bible study a few years back. We started talking about life and how we definitely know how "God can use ANYTHING in our life for good"...Romans 8:28 We never discovered our similar histories while fellowshiping in bible study, however, our similar families of origin brought us together today tearfully....and how the Lord has used each of us to break the chain for our children.
What an 8two8 moment!!
